Terms of Service

1. The service

The app presents curated, AI-assisted app ideas with build guides. Free accounts receive a 10-card sample in the main feed and can unlock complete tasks for up to 10 distinct ideas that are not marked Pro. Pro removes the main-feed limit and adds Pro-labelled tasks, niche feeds, idea interactions, statistics, rare-idea alerts, and competitor analysis based on reference YouTube channels. Users may optionally connect their own YouTube channel.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• USD $3.99 monthly and USD $39.99 yearly are target US prices. The current localized price and tax shown by the App Store or Google Play at checkout apply.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions open the same Pro features. Only the billing period changes.
• Payment is charged to the store account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to recover Pro access on a new device using the same store account.
• Apple or Google handles refunds under the policies of the store where the purchase was made.

3. Content

Ideas and build tasks are provided for information and inspiration. They are not professional, legal, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee a commercial outcome. You do not owe us a licence fee for building an idea discovered in the app.

4. YouTube API Services

The YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

If you connected your own channel, you can disconnect it in the app and revoke access from Google security settings. Reference-channel analysis reads public YouTube information only and does not act on behalf of a reference channel.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, scrape data at scale, or attempt to bypass safeguards, including the free feed sample, full-task allowance, and Pro access controls.

6. Accounts

Guest accounts are created automatically. You may link an email to keep data across devices. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means that you accept the current terms.
